Where True Stories! of Perseverance Meet Expertise in the Fields of Mental Health, Law, and Science

The host of True You! is Dr. Greg Kovacs, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Upstate Marriage and Family Therapy, PLLC. Dr. Kovacs’s clinical practice specializes in couples counseling, post-divorce co-parenting, Parenting Coordination, and the effects of divorce and separation on children and families.

Back in 2018, Dr. Kovacs realized that the stories of courage, strength, and perseverance that he heard within the confines of the therapy room could be a source of great strength for others. While conversations from his practice are always held in strict confidence, he knew that there were plenty of other stories to be told; stories of extraordinary people that could benefit others and instill a sense of pride in their own remarkable and unique life experiences.
